These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Importify Limited ("Importify", "we", "us"), the company that provides Riffloop. By using Riffloop you agree to these Terms.

1. What Riffloop is
Riffloop is a personal-practice tool that uses audio source separation to isolate stems (vocals, drums, bass, piano, guitar, other) from songs you provide. It is available as a Chrome extension that operates on YouTube videos and as a web app (Riffloop Studio) that accepts YouTube URLs or audio file uploads.
2. Account and acceptable use
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You agree to use Riffloop only for lawful purposes and only on content you have the right to process.
3. Copyright and your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any audio you provide to Riffloop, whether by URL or by file upload. By using the Service you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the audio, OR
- You hold a license that permits this kind of personal processing, OR
- Your use qualifies as fair use, fair dealing, or an equivalent exception under applicable law.
Riffloop is intended for personal, non-commercial practice and learning. You agree not to redistribute separated stems or use them to compete with the original rights-holders' business.
4. DMCA / takedown policy
If you believe content processed via Riffloop infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA-compliant notice to riffloopapp@gmail.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Designated contact: Importify Limited, riffloopapp@gmail.com. We will respond to valid notices promptly, remove the material, and may suspend repeat-infringer accounts.
5. Pricing, payments and refunds
Riffloop offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro is currently offered as a one-time purchase of USD $39, which unlocks Pro features and includes one (1) year of updates. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription — nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged again for that purchase.
Optional renewal. After your first year, you may optionally renew for USD $15 per year to keep receiving new features and improvements. Renewal is entirely optional: if you do not renew, you keep using the version of Pro you already have — you simply stop receiving new updates. We will not charge you for a renewal without your action unless you have explicitly opted into automatic renewal at checkout.
All payments are processed by PayPro Global, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to PayPro Global's terms and refund policy, and PayPro Global appears on your payment statement.
Existing subscriptions. If you previously purchased a recurring (monthly or annual) Pro subscription, it continues under the terms in effect at the time of purchase; you can cancel it at any time from the Billing page or via PayPro Global, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied, contact us at riffloopapp@gmail.com and we will work with you and PayPro Global in line with PayPro Global's refund policy and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Data we store
See our Privacy Policy. In short: your account email and profile from Google, your saved sections, your usage history, billing records, and pseudonymous analytics. We do not sell your data.
7. Disclaimers
Stem separation quality varies by source. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee about audio quality, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Importify Limited and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Importify Limited from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that audio you processed infringed a third party's rights.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and notify active users by email for material changes.
